Spring Bloom

This 3’x10’ hand painted canvas banner was commissioned by the City to hang in the Council Chambers as part of a two-year art program. It depicts a spring scene from the greenbelt around Laguna Beach, where new plants grow and bloom from last year’s dry scrub and faded grasses.
