The Sawdust Festival is renowned for its family friendly, fun-for-all arts approach. Leaning into that playfulness, I created a design for the annual 8’x8’ Selfie Mural that plays on the plein air painting tradition of the City, and the ways in which the festival aspires to invite visitors into the magic realm of art making. This piece was on display during the 2024 summer and winter festival seasons.
