Skyblazing

The bird is an age-old symbol of freedom, hope and transformation. For this large mural, I envisioned a stylized swooping flock soaring against a prism-like sky strewn moons and stars. At 58’ long and 8’ wide, it sat as a bold and colorful statement at the approach into Laguna Beach and the entry to the Sawdust Festival for its 59th summer show.
